ViaRayma 2-Day Immersive Workshops

Hosted, Small-Group Clinical Intensives

The ViaRayma 2-Day Workshop is a highly interactive, in-person learning experience designed for clinicians who work directly with patients—across any medical or healthcare specialty.

Each workshop is intentionally limited to a maximum of 20 participants to preserve depth, dialogue, hands-on application, and meaningful transformation. These are not lecture-style conferences; they are immersive working sessions focused on practical integration of the ViaRayma Approach into real-world clinical practice.

Ideal Participants

• Physicians (any specialty)

• Nurses and Advanced Practice Providers

• EMTs / Paramedics

• Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Chiropractors

• Behavioral Health Mental Health Clinicians

• Other Wellness-based clinicians working directly with patients

Workshops may be:

• Multidisciplinary, with a variety of clinical roles represented

• Single-specialty, tailored specifically to one discipline or department

Both formats are effective and intentionally supported.

Workshop Environment

Workshops are ideally hosted within a medical or healthcare setting, allowing learning to occur in the same environment where clinicians practice daily. This reinforces relevance, transfer of learning, and immediate applicability.

However, workshops may also be hosted in:

• Classrooms

• Small conference rooms

• Clinical education spaces

The setting is flexible; the experiential depth is not.

Customized, Specialty-Relevant Teaching

Each workshop is tailored to the clinicians in the room.

While the ViaRayma framework remains consistent, examples, case applications, and practice exercises are drawn directly from the specialties represented.

• A room of wellness-based clinicians will work through scenarios relevant to coaching, lifestyle medicine, and patient engagement.

• A room of ER physicians and nurses will explore applications relevant to high-acuity care, decision-making under pressure, and sustaining alignment in intense clinical environments.

Participants are not asked to translate abstract concepts into their world—the material is delivered in their language, context, and clinical reality.

Hosting & Revenue Structure

Workshops are offered as hosted events.

• The host site receives a commission on registrations

• Both ViaRayma and the host actively promote the event to fill available seats

• This creates a collaborative model that benefits the host organization, the clinicians attending, and the broader mission of restoring alignment in medicine
